Water Vending Machine Service History

Mountain Slope Water services all of the Down To Earth water treatment equipment and vending machines. To ensure the highest quality and to be consistent with the Down To Earth standards, Mountain Slope Water has a very stringent service protocol in place for their equipment. All the stores have multiple purification and filtration units. The steamers use sediment and carbon filtration with phosphate, the deli areas use purified water for all the food preparation and the customer service water, located in the food courts, all have free purified water dispensers. Even the produce misters use purified water. Mountain Slope Water is proud to offer Down To Earth the best quality water equipment available. All the stores, King Street, Kapolei, Kailua, Pearl Ridge and Kahului, all have the option for Purified Alkalized or Non- Alkalized Purified. Each machine is a PUSH TO FILL operation. Fill your bottle and pay for it at the check-out counter. Down To Earth offers a limited supply of polycarbonate larger bottles and HDPE one gallon jug bottles. (Supplies are limited so check in advance if you need to purchase a bottle).

This smaller vending machine is located at 1638 10th Ave, at a small local store called #1 Store. There is a purified alkalized option and non-alkalized option. The unit was installed in 2013 and continues to grow in the customer usage. The vending machine is owned by Mountain Slope Water and the owner of the store pays a percentage to Mountain Slope Water of the sales. Mountain Slope Water services the unit monthly to insure quality and to read the vending meter total. The purity of the water averages about 4 to 6 PPM, which is excellent quality. The pH of the water averages 9.5.
